We did a tree and having her color the tree then glue paper on for leaves ( which I cut the small pieces ) , then she glued them on her tree . The kinda looks like the leaves are falling like when the wind blows . She did a great job.
Another thing we have been working on that has been helping her understand what she reads is what I call Read/Illustrate/Understand .
We read the sentences
She finds the correct pictures as we read
Then she understands more
This has been a great help to teach her this way .
